Dear JVs,

It’s hard to believe the end of the year is upon us already. To all our Partners and your respective teams, thank you so much for your support during the year.

As we reflect back on the year, it was refreshing to settle in to the ‘new norm’ with greater opportunity to once again meet with clients face to face. It was a highlight to be able to catch up with some of you in October at our JV Networking Breakfast and we look forward to continuing to host these sessions in the year ahead.

At this breakfast we were pleased to introduce Reid Menkens who joined the Prime team this year specialising in Finance – Commercial, Residential, Asset, Rural, SMSF, R&D Grand Funding and tax debts. Reid shared his comfort working with complex, tricky and different client needs and we have been able to workshop some great solutions for clients in conjunction with their accountant.

This year Prime has continued to expand on our Alternative Investment offering and over the past 4 years have raised and invested over $60m on behalf of investors. This week we are introducing wholesale clients to an exciting commercial property development opportunity in Warragul, Victoria which will target an IRR of 20%, paid upon completion of the project based on an anticipated 18 month term. We have partnered with some impressive individuals and firms to make these opportunities available to our valued clients which complement the bespoke property development opportunities we have participated in to date. 2023 will see further Alternative Investment opportunities for wholesale investors including property development. If you have wholesale clients that you’d like us to keep informed of these opportunities, please let us know, and we’d be happy to keep them updated as opportunities arise.

Prime Financial Group will be closed over the Holiday Season from the 22nd of December and will re-open on the 9th of January. A small team will continue to work over this period to meet the needs of our clients.
