Sharon is a seasoned commercial and financial executive with more than 25 years of experience across ASX-listed organisations and a broad range of industries, most notably within the healthcare sector. Her career includes senior roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and General Manager – Commercial, where she has built deep expertise in financial leadership, governance and strategic planning.
Sharon is skilled across all areas of financial management, including budgeting and forecasting, working capital optimisation, taxation and statutory reporting. She has also led significant transformation initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations and organisational restructures.
With strong commercial acumen, Sharon’s experience spans customer tenders, procurement, contract compliance, sales reporting and investment evaluation. She is known for developing clear, decision-ready insights for executive teams and Boards.
Today, Sharon brings her extensive financial and operational expertise to the Lincoln team, now part of the Prime Financial Group, supporting strong governance, commercial performance and meaningful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
