Peter has over 20 years of corporate advisory experience. He has been an integral part of driving the growth of the Prime business over the last 4 years.
Before moving to Prime, he focused on technology-related venture capital/private equity and was the Chief Investment Officer for an ASX-listed alternative investment fund, advising on their global portfolio.
He was previously Chief Executive Officer (Asia Pacific) for a UK-based property technology company, responsible for the establishment and growth of the company on this half of the globe – exited to Accel KKR.
He has worked across professional services (PricewaterhouseCoopers), management consulting (Bain & Company), as well as in-house Corporate Development roles with ASX-listed companies in the infrastructure and media sectors where he worked on over $3B of successful transactions. These spanned asset divestments, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings (debt and equity), and IPOs.
