Melissa brings with her extensive experience across the Australian and international Financial Services sector, having held a series of senior leadership roles in operations, finance, and corporate strategy.
She joined Lincoln in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer and has since become an essential member of the Executive Team. In her role, Melissa provides leadership across the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial management, human resources, and commercial functions. Her strategic insight and commitment to operational excellence have been instrumental in supporting Lincoln’s growth and service delivery.
Melissa also leads Lincoln’s corporate planning initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of the organisation’s Strategic Plan and ensuring the business continues to evolve in line with client needs and industry expectations.
Following Lincoln’s integration into the Prime Financial Group, Melissa continues to play a central role within the Lincoln division, maintaining the same focus on quality, strategic alignment and strong operational foundations.
