Mark is the General Manager and Investment Director at Altor Capital with over 16 years experience across finance, transaction services and capital markets in New York, London and Sydney. Mark has managed multiple companies through periods of high growth ensuring financial and operational strategies are aligned and delivered.
Before joining Altor, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at a leading renewable energy company where he oversaw financial strategy, operational performance and reporting.
At Altor, Mark is responsible for managing the firm’s finance function and works closely with portfolio companies to help strengthen their financial management, improve operational discipline and ensure they remain aligned to growth targets that protect investor capital. Mark holds his CA, US CPA and has passed all three levels of the CFA Program.
