We are pleased to share some exciting news with you, we have officially acquired Lincoln Indicators, a leading National but Melbourne-based and founded investment research, portfolio, platform, and funds management business with a team of 30 people led by Tim Lincoln the co-founder.

Lincoln Indicators is well known for its Stock Doctor platform, which provides high-net-worth and self-directed investors with access to powerful investment research and tools. The business also manages approximately $600 million in FUM across three managed funds and supports around 3,300 high-net-worth clients. Their well-established client base, strong brand, and proprietary investment methodology are a great strategic fit for our firm.

Importantly, this will allow Prime, over time, to broaden our offer to clients, separate to the current Full Advice and Wholesale offering to include access to research via a subscription model (for self-directed investors, inc. SMSF’s) plus off platform managed solutions /funds (not requiring an adviser or SoA). This will mean that collectively we can capture a greater percentage of the Wealth needs of Australians in a model that lets the client self-select based on their needs.

This acquisition aligns with our broader strategy of expanding our wealth capabilities through high-quality, complementary businesses and enhancing our ability to deliver a more integrated and sophisticated client experience and reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation, growth, and better client outcomes across the board.

We warmly welcome the whole Lincoln team to Prime which now numbers 219 people globally. The Lincoln team will join us in our Southbank office in July this year.
