All ATO SMSF Covid Relief ended on 30 June 2022

Please make sure any 13.22C rental relief and related party rental agreements, reductions, waivers or deferrals have ended on 30 June. You may need to remind your clients that all rental agreements need to be reviewed and updated.

Director ID Requirements

Did you know, any new Directors must apply for their Director ID at least one day before they are appointed as a Director to a Company.

Please ensure your company incorporation dates are at least one day after the Director ID. Auditors will be on the look out for this.

Enduring Power of Attorney

Please keep in mind – where an EPOA is invoked, the Individual must apply for a Director ID prior to the appointment.
