As we end the financial year we hope that you continue to be safe and well. Although Melbourne has recently experienced a setback in COVID-19 progress, for those living outside of Melbourne we hope you are starting to experience some of the benefits of the loosening of restrictions and increasing confidence that comes with that. As part of this end of financial year commentary we would like to share with you how we have fared in what has been and in many respects continues to be, one of the most difficult, unusual, uncertain and challenging periods for many of our clients, team, partner accounting firms and shareholders, collectively our stakeholders.

Clients, The Community & Our Team

As COVID-19 has and continues to impact the community and all Prime stakeholders we remain focussed on delivering advice and services to you whilst protecting the health and safety of our team, you and your business and personal financial circumstances.

Without seeking to lessen or disregard the impact that COVID-19 has had on many in the Australian and Global community we are fortunate to say that the Prime team remains safe and healthy having had a swift migration to work from home in March 2020 all whilst seeking to maintain service and advice standards for you in a continuous manner. This has required an exceptional effort and is a credit to our dedicated team of professionals, their capability and resilience and we thank every team member for their flexibility and dedication to empowering and protecting you, our clients.

None of this would have been possible without your support and engagement as you have also had to adapt to a new norm not previously considered likely, thank you for your patience in this period of disruption and change.

As part of providing ongoing support in a timely manner that would positively impact the community when COVID-19 hit, Prime created Business Owner, Wealth Management and Superannuation Forums for our clients and people in our clients’ networks to attend free of charge to share important business and financial information and strategies. We are not seeking to overstate the importance of our programs and approach during this period, rather acknowledge the responsibility we felt to provide as much support to as many people as possible in the community. Our focus remains supporting you, your business and family interests in the best possible manner, so please continue to engage with us regularly so that we can bring the best possible solutions and advice to you.

The Future

Although we are seeing and anticipating future challenges as COVID-19 continues to impact the community, business and markets, we feel we are well equipped to manage through these circumstances with a strong team and business. Our business, team and advisory service offering has performed well during these unprecedented times and we believe we have the culture to proactively solve problems and continue our positive momentum for and with you.

We would like to thank you for your ongoing support and continue to encourage you to engage with us regularly across the breadth of our service offering, we have an exceptionally well credentialled and experienced team and network of professionals who are focussed on helping to achieve your desired outcomes.

All the very best for the new financial year, we look forward with optimism, please stay safe and healthy.
