Forgive me but there was little of real importance to highlight from last week internationally.

OPEC’s inability to strike a united front on production caps was no surprise, and oil in fact rallied during the week gone.

US corporate reporting season has commenced and has yielded little to write home about, that said Apple (AAPL) post quarterly profit figures on Monday night, which again will be closely watched – most are looking for negative figures.
