Prime has developed a study assistance program to encourage employees to further develop their skills and knowledge and gain educational qualifications through further accredited studies. Employees whose study has been approved under this program are granted paid study leave for attendance at classes, preparation for and participation in formal examinations, and, can also apply for financial assistance.
