Integrated Wealth Management

Prime’s unique approach to Asset Protection and Wealth Management Advice utilises Prime’s proprietary Client Engagement Model (CEM). As part of Prime’s belief that clients are best served by receiving Accounting and Wealth Management advice (with the Accountant central to this) as part of one complete ‘Integrated’ service, Prime has invested in 10 Accounting entities with a ‘non-controlling’ equity interest of 15% – 50%, typically 25%. Prime has successfully been investing in Accounting Firms since 2006.

Prime’s Accounting Firm Investment and Wealth Management & Asset Protection Client Engagement Model (CEM) is typically suited to 3 – 10+ Partner Accounting Firms. Prime offers two alternatives as part of our model:

  • Accounting Firm Investment (typically 25% investment) and a Wealth Management/Asset Protection Operation (typically 50% investment)
  • Wealth Management/Asset Protection Operation (typically 50% investment) with no Accounting Firm Investment.

Regardless of which option your Firm chooses, Prime implements our Client Engagement Model (CEM) tailored to your Firms needs. This system and approach delivers a totally ‘integrated’ and complete Accounting and Financial Service for your clients.

Prime’s model has equal relevance whether you:

  • Have not previously been involved with Wealth Management
  • Have simply referred out to external parties
  • Have an existing Wealth Management business which you run or are a shareholder in

Prime’s structure involves Prime managing and operating the wealth management entity on behalf of both parties, including cash flowing, resourcing and best practice. Alliance Director

Your firm is individually assigned an “Alliance Director” whose sole purpose is to ensure the success of the JV. The Alliance Director is supported by the whole Prime Team, across business development, marketing, operations, training plus a diverse Wealth Management & Asset Protection Team.
